His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to receive messages of congratulations from heads of state and foreign dignitaries in conjunction with the 26th National Day of Brunei Darussalam.
