​The newly-introduced PremiseScan app is an alternative for users and premise owners who are unable to use the BruHealth app. The Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy explained that with the new app, premise owners can control people's entry into the premise.

Yang Berhormat said that as old devices or IOS are unable to download the BrueHealth app due to older operating system, users can now apply their personal QR code via the 'healthinfo.gov.bn', where they are required to fill in their details in order to get their code. The personal code can then be scanned using the PremiScan app while entering and exiting premises. Currently, the PremiScan app has been approved by Android, and still pending approval from Apple.
