As-Saliheen Mosque, built with the Moroccan Moorish and Andalusia architectural concept, covers an area of 2,100 square metres and can accommodate about 700 congregants.
This mosque has special features. These include a feature wall of hand-cut Moroccan mosaic with hand-chiselled Arabic calligraphy in the main prayer hall and a mosaic dome from Italy; the Mimbar or pulpit was inspired from Middle Eastern design; and a forecourt fountain with a cascading water feature. There is also an internal courtyard with Moroccan mosaic and marble fountain and Brass lightings from Morocco.
The mosque is also equipped with retractable roof, the first in Brunei Darussalam. The mosque is also equipped with an office for the imam, a multi-purpose area, separate men and women ablution area and toilets; and a parking area for approximately 130 vehicles.
