University Brunei Darussalam, UBD marked another milestone after it inked a deal to collaborate on the Student Exchange Programme, SEP and research and development with the University Utara Malaysia, UUM.
Signing the agreement on behalf of UBD was its Vice Chancellor, Dato Paduka Doctor Haji Zulkarnain bin Haji Hanafi, while UUM was represented by the Vice Chancellor, Professor Dato Doctor Mohamed Mustafa Ishak. The agreement serves to promote understanding and goodwill; strengthen cultural ties; promote research and development; and broaden students' experiences and horizons.
