An Indonesian appeared before the Bandar Seri Begawan Magistrate's Court today for an Immigration offence.
41 year old Slamet Gunawan was sentenced to 3 months in prison and 3 strokes of the cane for illegally entering and staying in the country without a valid immigration pass.
