Establishment of Tilawah Al-Qur'an Scheme for Children as Foundation for Noble Morals and PersonalitiesHis Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah expresses confidence that the establishment of the Tilawah Al-Qur'an Scheme for Children, STAKA, is very important in becoming the foundation for the formation of noble morals and personalities. His Majesty made the titah during the Final of the National Level Musabaqah Al-Quran Reading for Adults 1447 Hijrah/2026, on 29th April night. His Majesty began the titah by expressing gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala that by His grace they can gather together in the bless-filled night to glorify the National Level Musabaqah Al-Quran Reading for Adults 1447 Hijrah/2026. His Majesty in the titah takes note of the theme for this year's Musabaqah Ceremony, "Mengukuhkan Pembelajaran Al-Qur'an dan Menghayati Ajarannya" or "Strengthening Al-Quran Learning and Internalising Its Teachings."

Final of National Level Musabaqah Al-Quran Reading for AdultsThe culmination of the Final of the National Level Musabaqah Al-Quran Reading for Adults was the presentation of prizes to the winners and participants. His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam presented the prizes. The ceremony took place at the Plenary Hall, International Convention Centre, Berakas. Also in attendance were His Majesty's sons and brother: His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office; His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik; His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen AND His Royal Highness Prince Haji Jefri Bolkiah. His Majesty's son, His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office officiated the conferment of the State Honorary Medals as His Majesty's personal representative.
