Tête-à-Tête Meeting with the Federal President of the Federal Republic of Germany


His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah expresses appreciation for the long-standing cooperation with the Federal Republic of Germany which spanned more than 40 years. On regional issues, His Majesty is looking forward to commemorating the 50th Anniversary of ASEAN-EU Relations in 2027. His Majesty made the titah during the Tête-à-Tête meeting with His Excellency Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Federal President of the Federal Republic of Germany, in conjunction with His Majesty's Official Visit to the Federal Republic of Germany. The visit commenced with a meeting with the Federal President of the Federal Republic of Germany, held at Villa Borsig in Berlin. Accompanying His Majesty was His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen.

Signs Instrument of Ratification to Ratify the Agreement to Establish ASEAN Centre for Climate Change


With the consent of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, the Prime Minister's Office through the Brunei Climate Change Office announced that, upon receiving the Instrument of Full Powers by His Majesty -  Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda bin Haji Abdul Rashid, Minister of Development, as Brunei Darussalam's representative to the ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Environment, AMME, has signed the Instrument of Ratification to ratify the Agreement to Establish the ASEAN Centre for Climate Change, ACCC.
