In conjunction with the 39th National Day celebration, the Belait Youth Association or PEMBELA held the PEMBELA Futsal Mini Tournament 2023.

14 futsal teams took part in the one-day competition which was held at Mumong Sports Complex. In the final match, Vegrow City B was crowned as champion after beating Vegrow City A 2-1. Prizes were presented by Pengiran Mohammad Amirrizal Bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud, Permanent Secretary for Sports at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
