​A gas leak incident that can cause injury to Hengyi Industries staff was among the simulations in the Naga-Tujuh Exercise of the Level Three Security Emergency Response Industry exercise. The exercise which involved several stakeholder agencies began at 9 in the morning, 2nd November, targeting three separate locations namely Pulau Muara Besar; Maritime and Port Authority of Brunei Darussalam and the'Combined Security Operations Centre'.

Present were Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence and Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Minister of Home Affairs. Two hundred staff from 15 agencies were involved in the training. The exercise was a follow-up to Hengyi Industries' Level Three Security Emergency Response 'Table Top' Exercise in January 2021. Also present were Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Khairuddin bin Haji Abdul Hamid, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy for Economy and Awang Haji Mohammad Azmi bin Haji Mohd Hanifah, Deputy Minister of Energy in the Prime Minister's Office.
