​The Tutong District Youth and Sports Department held a Sports Talent Search Programme. Held in conjunction with International Volunteer Day, the programme took place at the Tutong Sports Complex, 27th January morning.

5 sports events were held namely Sepak Takraw; Pencak Silat; Netball; Karate; and Athletics. The programme targeted students from 7 secondary schools aged between 13 to 17, with the goal of searching for talented athletes to represent Tutong District, and to be absorbed into the department's sports scheme.
