The Department of Community Development, JAPEM in collaboration with Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah organised the Khatam Al-Qur'an Ceremony in conjunction with Nuzul Al-Qur'an. The ceremony took place at Dewan An-Naura, Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex.

Present was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. 34 officers and staff from JAPEM and 19 residents from Welfare Home Complex participated in the ceremony.
