​Collaboration among all stakeholders is necessary towards driving Brunei Darussalam's digital transformation. The matter was shared by the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications as the Head of Digital Economy Council Secretariat in a keynote address at the Digital Brunei Stakeholder Town Hall. The event took place on 10th July morning, at the Brunei Energy Hub Dermaga Diraja in the capital.

Engineer Awang Haji Mohammad Nazri bin Haji Mohammad Yusof also said Digital Brunei is a flagship programme of the Digital Economy Council that aims to build Brunei as a country that fully embraces innovation and digital technology in today's age. The event coincided with the launch of the Digital Brunei Event Calendar by Yang Berhormat Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha, Minister of Transport and Infocommunications.
