​177 officers and staff of the Ministry of Education who retired in 2023 were feted on 10th July afternoon. Organised by the Ministry of Education through the Department of Schools and the Department of Special Education, the ceremony was held at Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex, in the capital.

Certificates and souvenirs were presented by Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Setia Doctor Dayang Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Md Salleh, Minister of Education. The ceremony among others aimed to appreciate their services.
