​The Kampung Selangan Mosque Takmir Committee held an Ilal Hijrah event in conjunction with the Ilal Hijrah 1446 celebration. The event was held on 4th August morning, at Kampung Selangan Mosque, Temburong District.

The event started with Tazkirah or short talk, followed by a warm-up exercise and one-kilometre walk. Also held, mini sports, colouring contest for children and cleaning campaign. The event aimed to expose participants to the events of hijrah or migration as well as open the mind on the importance of hijrah and its benefits.
