The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Brunei Darussalam in collaboration with the Brunei Darussalam Taekwondo Association organised the 4th Korean Ambassador's Cup Brunei Darussalam Taekwondo Championship. The event is held at the Youth Centre, Bandar Seri Begawan.  

The tournament was officiated on 5th August afternoon, by Awang Haji Mohamad Rosfazilah bin Haji Yusly, Acting Director of Youth and Sports. 185 participants comprising nine clubs from Brunei Darussalam and Malaysia joined the tournament. Also present was His Excellency Kim Soung-eun, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Brunei Darussalam. The tournament is held to commemorate 40 years of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Korea and Brunei Darussalam.
