​His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah stresses on the need for relevant agencies to increase efforts and think of simple procedures for youths to venture into business and others.

His Majesty stressed the matter in a titah in conjunction with the 19th National Youth Day celebration at the International Convention Centre, Berakas, 7th August morning.

The Monarch in the titah, first expresses gratitude for being able to gather together at the 19th National Youth Day Assembly. His Majesty in the titah says that the youth is an invaluable human resource.
