​Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam, BIBD continues to show its commitment to nation building and promoting a sustainable future for Brunei Darussalam by recognising and empowering young talent through the BIBD Sustainable Youth Leadership Award. Held for the second time, the Award Presentation Ceremony was held on 8th August morning, at the International Convention Centre in Berakas.

The awards were presented by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. Four outstanding projects received the award, namely Brumi Lestari; 'Green Space'; 'Green Pearls' and 'Purrfectly Green'. The winners highlighted innovative solutions in dealing with environmental issues. The BIBD Sustainable Youth Leadership Award serves as a catalyst for innovation and empowers the next generation to address environmental, social and economic challenges.
