​While in the country, the Prime Minister of the Republic of India officiated the new building of the High Commission of India in Brunei Darussalam at Jalan Duta, 3rd September 2024.

With the new building, the friendly bilateral relations between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of India continue to remain strong. Among those present was His Excellency Alok Amitabh Dimri, High Commissioner of India to Brunei Darussalam.
