In conjunction with the Royal Birthday Celebration, the Belait District Youth and Sports Department in cooperation with the Belait District Sepak Takraw Association organised the Mukim-Mukim Community Sports. The finals for the Sepak Takraw Championship took place on 8th September afternoon, at Mumong Sports Complex.

17 teams participated in the championship. Meanwhile, the Belait District Dart Club organised a Darts Doubles Tournament at Youth Centre Mini Hall, Kuala Belait. 49 teams took part in the tournament including from Tutong District.
