​The Premier Innovation Award, AIP gives appreciation and recognition to government agencies in groups and individuals that have successfully implemented improvements and reforms or innovations in the Civil Service. The programme also involved a review of the Innovation in the Civil Service Programme under the Civil Service Framework which helps towards providing excellent services to achieve Wawasan Brunei 2035.​
