​185 mualaf or new converts from all districts who have completed the Mualaf Guidance Class received their certificates at the Islamic Da'wah Centre, 29th November morning. The classes were held to encourage the new converts to internalise Al-Qur'an reading.

Certificates and souvenirs were presented by Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohammad Tashim bin Pengiran Haji Hassan, Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs. Also held was a certificate presentation for the teaching staff.
