​Empathy, creativity and cultural awareness are the keys to reaching a mutual agreement. This was emphasised at the Hi Tea and Talk organised by the Women's Graduate Association, 29th November afternoon.

Her Excellency Ambra Dickie, High Commissioner of Canada to Brunei Darussalam in a talk titled "How to Improve Negotiation Skills" shared the importance of adapting ways of communication in different cultural environments. Present was Datin Dayang Hajah Nahriah binti Haji Asbi, spouse of the Minister of Religious Affairs. The event took place in Kampung Anggerek Desa.
