Muara Beach is now the focus of the public to witness the Muara Beach Festival 2024 held in conjunction with the Brunei December Festival. More than 20 recreational and cultural activities are lined up for the public. The festival is organised by the Mukim Serasa and Mukim Mentiri Consultative Councils in collaboration with the Brunei Muara District Office.

Officiating the event was Yang Berhormat Awang Amran bin Haji Maidin, Member of the Legislative Council. The 3-day event allows the village residents to improve the economy through 1K1P products. Recreational activities including Kite Competition and Tug-of-war will be taking place until this Sunday, 8th December 2024. Such festival hoped to strengthen close ties among local residents and visitors through social and sports activities.
