​15 Universiti Brunei Darussalam, UBD's scholars received Scholarship under the Joint Scholarship Programme. The scholarship signing ceremony took place at the Hengyi Industries' Main Office in Pulau Muara Besar.

Present was Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Mohamad Azmi bin Haji Mohd Hanifah, Deputy Minister Of Energy at the Prime Minister's Office. Also present was Doctor Awang Hazri bin Haji Kifle, UBD Vice Chancellor. The 12th program was an initiative under Hengyi Future-Ready aimed at equipping Brunei's youth with the skills and opportunities to become the next generation of highly skilled engineers.
