​His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah stresses on the Monarch's hope and that of the country to see teachers of calibre, especially Al-Qur'an teachers who are capable of producing a brilliant generation in the field of Al-Qur'an.

His Majesty made the titah during the National Level Nuzul Al-Qur'an Celebration for 1446 Hijrah/2025, at the International Convention Centre in Berakas, 17th March night. 

The Monarch began the titah by expressing gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala as by His grace, they can together commemorate the event of Nuzul Al-Qur'an during the night full of blessings. In the titah, His Majesty stated the theme of this year's Nuzul Al-Qur'an celebration is 'Akal Sihat Dengan Al-Qur'an' or A Healthy Mind with Al-Qur'an.
