The importance of educating oneself to be a good ummah through observing prayers, improving daily practices and imitating the morals taught by the Prophet Muhammad SAW based on the teachings of Al-Qur'an. The matters were emphasized in a special talk in conjunction with Nuzul Al-Qur'an Celebration by the Department of Councils of State.

Among those present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Lela Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Rahman bin Dato Setia Haji Mohamed Taib, Speaker of the Legislative Council. It took place at Dewan Majlis Building.
