The Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications as well as the departments and authority agencies under it, held a Nuzul Al-Qur'an Celebration and Donation Presentation for Orphans. Held at the Ministry, the ceremony was conducted by the Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam, AITI.

Present was Yang Berhormat Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha, Minister of Transport and Infocommunications. The ceremony included a Special Talk titled ''Jangan Renggangkan Hidup dengan Al-Qur'an" and donation presentation to 30 orphans.
