The experience of visiting South Africa was the starting point for the owner of 'Biltongbros' to produce Biltong with Bruneian taste. By maintaining the original ingredients, the local version of BILTONG is produced in 4 flavours to suit the taste of the local community. The manufacturing process prioritizes cleanliness.

From 200 packs a week, Biltongbros now aims to further increase its production to meet local market demand.
