MS ABDB took third place after beating Kasuka FC in a match that took place on 16th May night. The game was held at the Track and Field of the Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex in Berakas.

In the match, both teams were tied in a 2-all draw, forcing the match to go to a penalty shootout.

MS ABDB won the penalty shootout 4-3.

The final match will take place on 18th May, at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium, Berakas, between DPMM FC and Indera SC.
