The panel discussion of the National Parliamentary Dialogue talked about the importance of digital skills, the need for a more responsive support structure for leaders as well as the importance of strengthening the role of women in the national development agenda.

Among those participating was Yang Berhormat Dayang Chong Chin Yee, Member of the Legislative Council.

The dialogue reflects the ongoing commitment of various parties in strengthening the role of women in leadership and policy making, in line with a national development aspiration that is inclusive and sustainable. Over 50 participants attended the dialogue comprising representatives from ministries, women's civil community organisations, education institutions and support bodies.
