​HIs Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah reminds that 'Artificial Intelligence' can become a 'virus' that spreads internally which can poison our thoughts and confuse our minds as well as distort one's faith if misused by any parties. Thus, His Majesty expresses confidence and optimism that Brunei Darussalam is able to become a stable country with developments running smoothly without disruptions. His Majesty made the reminder in the Titah in conjunction with the 1447 Ilal Hijrah New Year Celebration broadcast nationwide. His Majesty began the titah by expressing gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala, for His Grace in enabling the country to celebrate the 1447 Ilal Hijrah New Year in joy and comfort. His Majesty in the titah hopes that the New Hijrah Year will bring about blessings to all and country, with peace and prosperity possessed by all, enjoyed by citizens and residents at all levels.​
