Integrated thinking between members of the Mosque Takmir Committee is important to assist Imam or prayer leaders in managing the mosques's administration. Meanwhile, prayer leaders, according to the Minister of Religious Affairs, must be transparent with existing committees. Solidarity will be under the community's attention, and will act as a benchmark of a mosque's proper management. Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman, Minister of Religious Affairs stated the matter at the Appreciation Certificate Presentation Ceremony to the Former Mosque Takmir Committee for 2022-2024, and the Appointment Certificate Presentation Ceremony For The New Mosque Takmir Committee 2025-2027 of the Suri Seri Begawan Raja Pengiran Anak Damit Mosque. The ceremony was held at the mosque in Kampung Manggis Madang, 25th June night.

53 former members of the mosque's takmir committee and 66 new members received the certificates. Among the recipients was Dato Seri Paduka Awang Mohammed Riza bin Dato Paduka Haji Mohammed Yunos, Deputy Minister at the Prime Minister's Office as one of the mosque's advisor.
