Baiduri Capital signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU; with Universiti Brunei Darussalam, UBD; marking the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at advancing investment literacy, capital markets awareness, financial education and research collaboration in the country. It was held on 7th July morning at the Baiduri Bank Headquarters, Bandar Seri Begawan.

Present was Doctor Haji Azman bin Ahmad, Permanent Secretary for Higher Education at the Ministry of Education. Doctor Hazri bin Haji Kifle, Vice Chancellor of UBD in his speech, among others, emphasised that the MoU  aligns with UBD's broader academic and institutional objectives, particularly its efforts to equip students with practical, future-ready skills across disciplines. Signing the MoU on behalf of UBD was the Vice Chancellor of UBD. Meanwhile, Baiduri Capital was represented by Ti Eng Hui, its Chief Executive Officer.
