The Joint Committee Senior Officials' Meeting, 3rd JCSOM between Brunei Darussalam and Singapore aimed to elevate strategic cooperation, strengthen institutional coordination and drive impactful outcomes.

The platform reflects the growing dedication to deepen engagement between the two countries to a more strategic level. It also serves as a key mechanism for deepening cooperation in various sectors, namely food security, healthcare, low-carbon energy, and the green economy.

Doctor Dayang Hajah May Fa'ezah binti Haji Ahmad Ariffin, Permanent Secretary for Economy, Trade and Industry at the Ministry of Finance and Economy underscored the matter while co-chairing the meeting with Doctor Beh Swan Gin, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Republic of Singapore. The meeting took place on 9th July at a hotel in Kiulap.
