The Tutong District Mosque Affairs Office with the cooperation of Pengiran Muda Abdul Wakeel Kiudang Mosque Takmir Committee, Tutong District, held a Dawn Talk and Hijrah Recreational Programme, in conjunction New Year 1447.

Over 200 individuals took part in the event. It included 3.5 kilometres walk and 11 kilometres cycling event. Apart from taking lessons from the history of the migration of the Prophet Muhammad Shallallahu 'Alahi Wasallam, the event is to hope to raise awareness among the community on improving one's health by practicing a healthy lifestyle.
