The Kesyukuran Ceremony of the mass Fardhu Maghrib, Sunat Hajat Prayers and the reading of Doa Kesyukuran in conjunction with His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam's 79th Birthday Celebration, was held simultaneously at main mosques in all three districts, 14th July night.

In Belait District, the ceremony was held at the Muhamad Jamalul Alam Mosque Kuala Belait. Present was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd. Amin Liew bin Abdullah, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Finance and Economy.

The Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque, Tutong Town became the focal point for the Doa Kesyukuran Ceremony in the District. In attendance was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism.

While in Temburong District, the ceremony took place at Utama Mohammad Salleh Mosque, Bangar Town. Present was Yang Berhormat Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha, Minister of Transport and Infocommunications.
