The 2025 ASEAN Under-23 Football Cup raised its curtains on 15th July.

The Brunei Darussalam national squad, 15th July night, kicked off the Group A campaign with a match against the host, Indonesia at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta.

In Group A matches, the Indonesia defeated Brunei Darussalam, 8-0. While Malaysia also lost to the Philippines, 2-0. Brunei Darussalam squad will go against Malaysia on 18th of July at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium.
