The Nationwide Mosque Youth Da'ie Competition instils a deep religious spirit in the souls of the youth, as well as producing quality and calibre da'ies. The competition in conjunction with the 79th Birthday Celebration of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam took place at Masjid Universiti, Universiti Brunei Darussalam.

The prizes were presented by Awang Haji Amir Hisham bin Haji Masri, Acting Director of Mosque Affairs. Awang Mohammad Riduwan bin Johari from Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque and Dayang Najwa Syukriah binti Mohammad Amin from Kampung Puni Mosque, Temburong emerged champions in the Male and Female Youth Categories respectively. It was organised by the Mosque Affairs Department and the Masjid Universiti's Takmir Committee, Universiti Brunei Darussalam in collaboration with the Districts Mosque Affairs Offices.
