Safar is the month of opportunity to reflect, repent and improve oneself. It is important to remember that misfortunes or everything in this world are not caused by months or days, but by the wisdom and Qadha and Qadar of Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala or perhaps as a reminder of our own negligence. The matter was among those included in a Tazkirah or talk titled "Safar: Peluang Muhasabah Diri" or "Safar: Opportunity for Self-Reflection" during the 193rd Munajat Night organised by the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Participating it was Awang Haji Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, Acting Tutong District Officer. The Munajat Night was also attended by members of the Ibadurrahman Youth Group, Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque, Tutong Town and the takmir committee as well as congregants from several mosques, including suraus and religious halls nationwide, staff of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the Tutong District Office, Ministry of Home Affairs.
