Brunei Darussalam's contingent comprising 4 athletes left the country to compete in the 2nd ASEAN Deaf Games in Jakarta, Republic of Indonesia.  The National Flag Handover Ceremony to the contingent was held on 18th August night.

The national flag was handed over by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Nazmi bin Haji Awang Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports to Pengiran Haji Norahalim bin Pengiran Haji Abdul Rahman, the Chef de Mission. The event will be held from TOMORROW, 20th of August until the 26th of August. Brunei Darussalam's athletes will compete in the Athletics and Tenpin Bowling events.
