​The Maritime and Port Authority of Brunei Darussalam's, MPABD Customer Service Hub, CSH, recently launched is aimed at providing client with a one-stop service centre for enquiries or services offered by MPABD. Located on the ground floor of the MPABD headquarters, the hub features an intuitive online booking system where customers can easily choose the time slots and register online.

These services is more than just a facility but in fact it is a commitment as well as a promise to make service efficient, empathetic, and customer-focused service.
