In together enlivening and further glorifying Major Islamic Events, as well as to reap 'syafaat' or intercession from Prophet Muhammad Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam, the Prime Minister's Office and the departments under it held a Maulidur Rasul Special Talk. Organised by the Security and Law Division, the talk was held at the Prime Minister's Office building, 13th September afternoon.

Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd. Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence. The special talk titled 'Rasulullah Qudwah Sepanjang Zaman' among others shared that Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wassalam had the greatest moral character and in him were the best characteristics that can be exemplified by every human being. The event was highlighted with Dikir Marhaban performance by the Dikir team from the Department of Radio Television Brunei.
