In conjunction with His Majesty's 79th Birthday Celebration, the Wargamas Association organised the 79-time Khatam Al-Qur'an Ceremony. It took place at An-Naim Mosque, Kampung Panchor Mengkubau, 21st September morning.

The recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah was led by Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Roselan bin Haji Mohd Daud, the Chief Executive Officer of Bank Usahawan. It was followed by a mass reading of Surah Ad-Duha to Surah An-Nas. The ceremony ran concurrently with the waqaf presentation.
