'Rahsia Pahala berpanjangan walau nyawa terhenti' was shared in the Forum to the Districts in conjunction with the Knowledge Convention in Belait District. The Forum took place at Pusat Insani, Seria, 9th October morning.

Present was Dato Seri Setia Doctor Haji Japar bin Haji Mat Dain @ Maidin, Deputy State Mufti. The Forum touched on on the practice of giving alms or charity as a continuous charity of which the rewards remain even after a person has passed away. The Forum to the Districts in conjunction with the knowledge convention is in conjunction with His Majesty's 79th Birthday Celebration.
