The 28th Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Conference in Taiwan brought together scout leaders from across the Asia-Pacific region to discuss policies, strategies and directions for the regional scouts movement. The farewell ceremony for the delegation and observers from the Brunei Darussalam Scouts Association, PPNBD to the Conference took place at the Brunei International Airport, 12th Ocotber morning.

The farewell ceremony was officiated by Skip Rostini binti Retired Major Haji Suhaili, Secretary General of the Association. PPNBD's participation in the conference reflects its continuous commitment in supporting the development of the country's youth, strengthening the values of leadership and community service through the scouting movement at the international level.
