'Sedekah 360° : Mengubah Individu, Membina Masyarakat' was shared in a Forum to the Districts, in conjunction with the Knowledge Convention in the Tutong District. The forum in conjunction with His Majesty's 79th Birthday Celebration was held at the Tutong District Civic Centre Complex, 18th October morning.

Present was Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Sufian bin Haji Sabtu, Acting Minister at the Prime Minister's Office. The forum emphasized the nature of caring, empathy and concern for the community through charity. It was attended by over 570 participants including government officials, youth and academics. Also present were Members of the Legislative Council.
