The National Dissemination Seminar for the ASEAN SME Policy Index ASPI 2024 for Brunei Darussalam is an important landmark in the collective effort to strengthen the micro, small and medium-sized enterprise MSME ecosystem not only in Brunei Darussalam but also in ASEAN. The Permanent Secretary for Economy, Trade and Industry at the Ministry of Finance and Economy, stated the matter at the seminar in the capital, 21st October morning.
Doctor Dayang Hajah May Fa'ezah binti Haji Ahmad Ariffin explained that in Brunei Darussalam, the findings of the ASPI 2024 has confirmed the progress achieved by the country in strengthening the MSMEs development ecosystem. The seminar featured experts from the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, OECD, who presented the findings for Brunei Darussalam and facilitated a structured discussion with participants.
