The B.E.S.T or Help, Empathy, Love, Responsibility Programme by the Ministry of Education aims to enhance understanding and knowledge through the dissemination of information specifically to educate students on self-control, while also exposing them to the dangers and effects of bullying. With the theme 'Smart Screens: Learning Ways to Stay Safe in the Digital Era', the programme was officiated at OneCity Shopping Centre, 6th November afternoon.

It was inaugurated by Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Setia Doctor Dayang Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Mohd. Salleh, Minister of Education. The ceremony coincided with the launching of the Book of Rules and Discipline Guidelines for Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Colleges, Sixth Form Centres and Government Hostels, Ministry of Education for 2025.

Also held was the presentation of certificates to agencies involved in the production of the book, and presentation of certificates as well as tokens of appreciation to the panel members and moderator of the B.E.S.T. Forum.
