Local products produced by mukim and villages nationwide are promoted during the National Penghulu Mukim, Village Head Festival, PMKK. Held at the Belait District Office building compound, the festival runs until this Sunday, 9th November 2025.

The launching was officiated by Awang Haji Amirol Hafidzin bin Haji Mohamad, Acting Belait District Officer. Also present were Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Mohd Salleh bin Haji Othman and Yang Berhormat Awang Mohamad bin Abdullah alias Lim Swee Ann, Members of the Legislative Council. Held for the first time, the festival includes various activities apart from food and beverages sales from 30 small and medium entrepreneurs.  The festival is jointly organised by the Welfare Body of Penghulu Mukim, Village Heads and Heads of Long Houses in Belait District, PEKERUPA; abd Belait District Office.
