Cooperation between the government and the community, including grassroot leaders, is the foundation for developing the country and strengthen socio-economic development. With the involvement of all levels of society, all actions can be planned and implemented in a planned, inclusive, and comprehensive manner, inline with the aspirations of Wawasan Brunei 2035. This was underlined by the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports during a Muzakarah or discussion session between the Members of the Legislative Council and the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports. It was held at the Brunei Energy Hub Dermaga Diraja in the capital.

Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Nazmi bin Haji Awang Mohamad said the ministry appreciates the efforts made by the Members of the Legislative Council as grassroot leaders for their cooperation and contribution in pioneering initiatives that supports the ministry's efforts.

The session among other things shared on the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports' strategic focus and direction that will be further improved. The objectives included creating beneficial and productive bilateral discussions for all parties towards achieving the ministry's goals.
