His Royal Highness Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah Ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, President of the Brunei Darussalam National Olympic Council attended the Official Closing Ceremony of the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games. The ceremony was held at the Princess Nourah binti Abdulrahman University Stadium.

His Royal Highness also held meetings with Prince Fahad bin Jalawi, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games; And His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, Minister of Sports of Saudi Arabia and President of the Islamic Solidarity Sports Association.

The Islamic Solidarity Games, which took place from the 7th to 21st of November, brought together more than three thousand athletes from 57 countries and competed in 23 sporting events at five main venues around Riyadh.

The official closing ceremony included the reading of Al-Qur'an; a speech by the Minister of Sports, singing of the national anthem, a contingent parade and a flag-lowering ceremony for the Games.
